By accessing or using the Websites Onlines website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our services
We provide cybersecurity services, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and related consulting. Information on this website is for general informational purposes. Specific services are provided only under a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work), which will govern if it conflicts with these Terms.
Authorization to test
We perform security testing only with prior written authorization from the owner of the systems being tested. You represent that you have full legal authority to authorize testing of every system you place in scope, including systems hosted by third parties. You agree to obtain any required approvals from hosting or cloud providers.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate scope information and timely access to systems and contacts
- Maintain current backups of systems in scope before testing begins
- Notify us promptly of any changes to systems or testing windows
- Implement remediation at your own discretion and responsibility
Quotes, fees, and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Fees, payment terms, and cancellation or rescheduling policies are set out in your Statement of Work.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, findings, and reports as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
Disclaimer of warranties
Penetration testing is a point-in-time assessment. While we use professional care and industry-standard methods, no test can identify every vulnerability or guarantee that systems are secure against all threats. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Websites Onlines will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited as stated in the applicable service agreement.
Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Websites Onlines and may not be copied or reused without permission. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use their reports for internal business, compliance, and insurance purposes.
Acceptable use of this website
You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of this website or our systems without our written permission, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
